We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL and Shop Pay.

Are you affiliated with Rolex or any other brands?

Hong Kong's Finest Watches is an independent company and is not authorized, endorsed, sponsored by, associated with, and/or affiliated with Omega SA, Rolex SA, Breitling SA, IWC International Watch Co, Tudor Watch SA, Seiko Watch Corporation, TAG Heuer Brand of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA, or Citizen Watch Co. The brands whose items we sell are not associated with Hong Kong's Finest Watches, and the brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. Hong Kong's Finest Watches sells third party accessories for use with your own watches.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free worldwide shipping, ensuring that your purchase reaches you as quickly and securely as possible!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally from the Netherlands! Hong Kong's Finest Watches offers shipping to a variety of countries. Please note that import taxes and duties may apply for deliveries outside of the European Union, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received it, check your spam/junk folder, or contact us.

Where is my order being sent from?

All of our orders are sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders placed before 15:00 GMT +1 are typically dispatched the same day. In most cases, your package will be on its way within 0-2 business days after your order is placed.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery Times

We offer free worldwide shipping via PostNL, DHL, and UPS on orders over €150, ensuring that your purchase reaches you as quickly and securely as possible. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Netherlands: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 1-7 business days
  • North America: 2-7 business days
  • Asia: 2-7 business days
  • Middle East: 2-7 business days
  • Rest of World: 2-7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Will I have to pay duties on my international order?

While we cover the shipping costs, import taxes and duties may apply for deliveries outside of the European Union. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that customers in the United Kingdom are required to pay VAT on orders over 135 GBP. To avoid this government-imposed tax, we recommend placing multiple smaller orders.

For EU customers, all prices include VAT. For non-EU customers, additional duties and taxes may be imposed by your country’s customs authorities. Countries frequently subject to VAT or import duties include Canada, Chile, Congo, India, the Philippines, and Malaysia.

Returns and Cancellations

What is your return and cancellation policy?

All items in their original, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund, which will be issued back to the original payment method. Returns must be initiated within the 30-day return period. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at Hongkongsfinestwatches@outlook.com, and we will assist you.

Please note that Hong Kong's Finest Watches does not cover the shipping costs for the return; it is the customer's responsibility to pay for safe shipping to our office.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we will issue you a full refund including the shipping costs. If your order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package back to us. Please contact us at Hongkongsfinestwatches@outlook.com for a return.

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

Where should I ship my return?

Please contact us at Hongkongsfinestwatches@outlook.com for a return authorization before shipping any returns. If your return is approved, you will receive a return label sent to you via email. Please place all items into the original packaging

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected your returned items. This process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
